A shared house but private room near the fabulous San Marco area in a small neighborhood close to amenities. The grocery store is within walking distance. This house is peaceful & welcoming of all people. Close to hospitals for traveling nurses & only about 30min from the beach. Good vibes contains a private office desk & chair as well as a tv, dresser, closet, comfy queen bed, and a towel rack. The vibe of this room is rejuvenating and empowering. Out of darkness comes light & strength.
Good to know
This Mid-Century home was built in 1953 but has been styled with a modern chic flair. Near San Marco for fine dining and shopping but also close to hospitals for traveling nurses. With only a 30min drive to the beach, you’re sure to enjoy plenty of sun n’ fun. Comfy queen size bed sleeps one or two people. Not a suitable rental for more than 2 people. All rooms have digital locks and phone/watch chargers. The kitchen is yours to use. Please make yourself at home but I expect all guests to clean up after themselves. Your room also contains a charger for your QI enabled devices. It will charge your phone, EarPods, and watch all at the same time. Rooms are also provided with a noise machine for people who need a background noise to help sleep. Each room is also provided with a towel rack that can double as a clothes hanger.

My neighborhood is small and private. It’s a safe location and offers close access to fine dining and shopping.

Getting into the house, use your four digit code to enter the front door (last four digits of your phone number as listed in your Airbnb account). Please wait patiently for the lock to finish its cycle, then open the door. Your room also contains a digital key pad. Please follow these instructions to enter your room. 1. Press the lower left check mark button to illuminate the keypad. 2. Enter your four digit code 3. Press the lower left check mark button again to submit your code for approval. During your stay you’ll have full access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room, computer and computer desk, printer, gas grill, deck/patio, and garage for doing laundry. The garage is not for guest vehicle storage. I provide a peaceful and welcoming space for all people. Please help me keep it that way.

Bring a bike, use the bus system or walk. There is a grocery store a few blocks away and can easily be walked. San Marco shopping and fine dinning is only 3.5miles away. Someday, I hope to add electric bikes and scooters to the amenities list but for now, that is not an option.
