Very friendly and responsive host, proactively sending messages with all instructions so check in was smooth as expected. The place is warm and welcoming, having all necessary equipment and accessories to feel just like home. WiFi, Netflix all working just fine and available for us guests. In summary, a nice and quiet place to stay and feel safe and calm. Recommended.

Natalee’s place was perfect! I was in Jax for medical reasons. The room and shared areas were clean, had all the comforts, yet gave me a place I could relax away from the "bustle" of town. Even though I was only there for 1 night this trip and didn't get to meet Natalee in person this time, she was super sweet and responsive online. I look forward to my next trip my wife and I we be trere for a couple of nights. You will not be dissapointed if you choose to stay with her.

I was coming to town by train for a funeral and my train didn't arrive until about 1030 at night and Natalee picked me up from the train station to take me back to the Airbnb so I wouldn't have to wait for an Uber. She was extremely thoughtful and kind. The room was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and it was a very restful and relaxing stay under the circumstances.

This is the second room I've stayed in at Natalee's. It was more space and luxury than I needed, but I enjoyed my overnight stay immensely. This suite has a private shower room. Water & snacks and personal loofah given. The king bed was clean, comfortable & very spacious for 1 or 2. It probably could sleep 3 if you are a couple with a child. I love the decor and generous amenities in Natalee's house and would be happy to come back any chance I get!

This BNB was very true to the listing. The home was attractive, nicely decorated, and spotless. The hosts were good communicators, and parking and security were good. The bedroom was cool and comfortable. A bargain this good is hard to find!

Un des meilleurs Airbnb où je suis restée. Si vous hésitez car c'est une chambre dans une maison partagée, n'hésitez plus et réservez!!! C'est très propre, lit super confortable, apple tv, machine à laver, spacieux, possibilité de charger sa Tesla. Natalee est très réactive, je reviendrai les yeux fermés en cas d'escale à Jacksonville !!!!
